Files Allegedly Extortion Complete, Nikita Mirzani Is Getting Closer To Trial

JAKARTA - The Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) stated that the case files for the alleged extortion with the suspects Nikita Mirzani and Mail Syahputra were complete or P21. Thus, the judicial process in the trial stage is getting closer.

"Yes, the prosecutor stated the complete file or P21," said Head of Jakarta Attorney General's Office, Syahron Hasibuan when confirmed, Monday, June 2.

Nikita Mirzani's case file was declared complete, precisely on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. The research prosecutor assessed that all elements of the formal and meteril in the case file were complete.

Thus, investigators are said to be handing over the two suspects, namely Nikita Mirzani and Mail Syahputra as well as evidence to the Public Prosecutor (JPU).

However, it was not conveyed in detail about the timing or implementation of the second phase of the delegation.

"Please ask the investigators," said Syahron.

With the complete submission of the case file, the prosecutor will draw up indictments for Nikita Mirzani and Mail Syahputra.

Nikita Mirzani and his assistant are known to be involved in the extortion case against Reza Gladys. The extortion value reached IDR 4 billion.
