Makes Violating Residence Permits, 2 Caucasians Deported From Sabang Aceh
SABANG - The Immigration Office Class II TPI Sabang, Aceh, deported two foreign nationals (WNA) because they were proven to have violated their residence permit in Indonesian territory.
The two foreigners are MGB from England and AKR from Malaysia. Both are suspected of misusing residence permits by carrying out activities that are not in accordance with the provisions of their permits while in Sabang City.
"The two foreigners should be suspected of abusing their residence permits, namely carrying out activities in Sabang City that are not in accordance with their residence permits," said Head of the Immigration and Intelligence Section of the Sabang Immigration Office, Ibnu Riadi in Sabang, Antara, Sunday, June 1.
Ibnu explained that the deportation process had been carried out on Sunday afternoon through Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport (SIM) Blang Bintang, Aceh Besar.
"The two foreigners at around 11.00 WIB have been sent home, using a Super Air Jet aircraft to Malaysia," he explained.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Class II TPI Sabang Immigration Office, Muchsin Miralza, emphasized that his party will continue to increase supervision of the existence and activities of foreigners in their area.

"We will continue to carry out routine monitoring and provide education to foreigners in Sabang City to comply with the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia," said Muchsin.
The two foreigners were deported based on violations of the provisions in Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration.
