The Death Toll Of The Collapse Of The Bridge In Russia Burials 2 Train Passenger Carriages To 7 People
JAKARTA - The death toll from the collapse bridge incident in the Bryansk area of Russia's Klamov-Moskow train grave is 7 people.
Citing Tass, Bryansk's regional governor, Alexander Bogomaz, said seven people were killed and 33 injured based on the latest data on Sunday, June 1.
As many as 30 people who were injured have been hospitalized. Meanwhile, two other injured victims, including a child, are in serious condition.
The Department of Inter-West Affairs Investigation for Transport from the Russian Investigative Committee reported that it received information on the collapse of the bridge structure in Vygonicsky District, Bryansk at 10.50 pm Moscow time on May 31.
The collapse of the bridge caused passenger train No. 86 Klimov-Moscow routes fell on the single lane of the Pilshino-Vygonic section.
At least one locomotive and two carriages of train passengers were buried in the collapsed bridge.
Rescue trains have been dispatched to the scene to assist the evacuation and rapid handling of the crash.
