Due To Severe Stress During Lecture, Cantika Abigal Has A Psoriasis Autoimmune

JAKARTA - Singer Cantika Abigail shared her personal experience which was quite surprising about her health condition. Cantika revealed that she was diagnosed with psoriasis autoimmune disease since 2011, and suspected that stress in early childhood was the trigger.

"Maybe it was time before I realized (it started with stress). I just thought that if I got along well with that in that year, when I just entered college, I took music, so I thought it was easy for me to sing, just like many people thought," said Cantika Abigail, quoted by VOI from TikTok @rumpinosecret_ttv on Sunday, June 1.

But the reality he faces is far from expectations. Cantika admitted that the music major turned out to be very challenging, not only about singing, but also complex musical theories, musical history, to healing, all of which drain the mind and energy.

"But it turned out that when I entered it was very difficult, I felt wrong to enter the department from the first half because I studied theory, studied history, learned hearing," he continued.

The pressure, according to Cantika, may have increased the level of stress she experienced unconsciously at the time.

"So it seems that without me knowing the stress of my level at that time was quite a pick (high)," he said.

Finally, in the same year, he was diagnosed with psoriasis, an autoimmune disease that attacks the skin and can worsen due to stress.

"Eh didn't know why it was finally possible to trigger the psoriasis and finally in 2011 I was diagnosed with this autoimmune disease," concluded Cantika.
