These Are 9 Important Appeals From Saudi Arabia During Worship In Armuzna
JAKARTA - Saudi Arabia's Hajj Organizing Officers (PPIH) conveyed nine important appeals from the Government of Saudi Arabia to Indonesian pilgrims during the implementation of worship in Arafah, Muzdalifah and Mina (Armuzna).
"In a coordination meeting between the Ministry of Hajj of Saudi Arabia and the PPIH of Saudi Arabia, nine important appeals were conveyed which must be a guide for all Indonesian pilgrims, especially ahead of the Armuzna movement," said Chairman of PPIH Saudi Arabia Muchlis M Hanafi quoting Antara.
Here are the nine appeals:
1. Prohibition of exiting tents during extreme weather
Congregants are prohibited from leaving Arafah and Mina's tents from 10:00 to 16:00 Saudi Arabia's time because temperatures are predicted to reach 50 degrees Celsius. This is to maintain the safety and health of the congregation.
2. Discipline in Armuzna's movement
Congregants must follow the official movement schedule according to their respective sharia, be prohibited from moving individually or leaving the sharia, and move inappropriately.
3. Prohibition of slaughter outside the Adahi program
The slaughter of al-hady/dam animals and sacrifices (cash, goat, or camel) can only be done through the Adahi program managed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
"Observations outside Adahi's program, including through brokers or unlicensed places, are strictly prohibited," Muchlis said.
4. Schedule settings for jumrah
The implementation of jumrah must be in accordance with the official schedule set by sharia or service headquarters. Congregants are prohibited from releasing their bodies freely and individually.
5. Ownership and use of nusuk cards
All pilgrims are required to bring and maintain a nusuk card. Officers are asked to ensure that no pilgrims have lost or do not have the card.
"Even conveyed, do not let it happen that there are pilgrims who cannot go to the Grand Mosque because they are constrained by a nusuk card," he said.
6. Maintain health
Congregants are asked to maintain health by always wearing masks, using umbrellas when outside the tent, washing hands and using hand sanitizers, and consuming healthy and fluid foods.

7. Syarikah service complaint channel
If there are complaints regarding electricity, water, air conditioning, or other facilities, the congregation can contact the official complaint number 1966. All officers were asked to socialize this number to the congregation.
8. The presence and contact of officers in the tent
Air group officers (clusters) must be present in tents with the congregation and their contact numbers must be easily accessible in case of an emergency.
9. The example of Indonesian pilgrims
Indonesian pilgrims represent about 25 percent of the world's total pilgrims, therefore, pilgrims are expected to appear as role models in obeying the rules, discipline, and maintaining Indonesia's positive image in the eyes of the world.
Muchlis emphasized that the Saudi Arabian PPIH will ensure that all points of the appeal are followed up thoroughly, both by officers and congregations.
