Nezar Patria Becomes President Commissioner Of PT Indosat Tbk, Here Are The Board Of Directors

JAKARTA - At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which took place on Wednesday, May 28, PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) aka Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison officially appointed Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Nezar Patria as President Commissioner.

Meanwhile, based on the information disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Director of PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT), Ritesh Kumar Singh officially submitted a letter of resignation to the company on Monday, May 26, and will be effective until July 31.

At the same time, this AGMS has also determined the composition of the Board of Directors from August 1, 2025 until the closing of the AGMS in 2027, as follows:
