Case Of Celebrity Lisa Mariana With Ridwan Kamil, Judge Asks For Mediation Before The Basic Case
JAKARTA - The Bandung District Court (PN) panel of judges decided that celebrity celebrity Lisa Mariana as the plaintiff and defendant former West Java (Jabar) Governor Ridwan Kamil or RK as the defendant should take the mediation route before the trial was held to discuss the subject matter.
Chairman of the Bandung District Court Panji Surono stated that the legality of the attorneys of both parties had been examined and declared valid so that the judge then appointed a certified mediator to lead the mediation process.
"Yesterday we received a letter from the plaintiff asking for mediation to be carried out by a judge, not a non-judicial mediator. We have chosen a young judge who is certified as a mediator," said Panji while chairing the trial at the Bandung District Court, Wednesday, which was confiscated by Antara.
The panel also asked the plaintiffs and defendants to immediately complete documents that were still lacking and coordinate with the mediator regarding the scheduling.
"There is mediator mediation, ask the schedule directly. To the plaintiff and the defendant, the incomplete one please be completed. May we meet again in peace because peace is beautiful," said Panji.

At the trial, Ridwan Kamil was again absent and was only represented by his legal team.
Lisa Mariana's attorney, Markus Nababan, regretted Ridwan Kamil's absence and said it reflected a lack of goodwill.
"According to Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016, principals or parties must be present as a form of good faith in every legal process," said Markus.
He emphasized that the lawsuit filed by his client solely demanded the recognition of the child's identity rights.
"What is being demanded is the right of the child's identity. There is nothing else. The right to the identity of the child that has been guaranteed by the Constitutional Court through decision Number 46. The legality of the event uses civil use," he said.
