US Billionaire Ray Dalio Has Been Canceled As An Administrative Advisor, Anindya Bakrie Makes Sure Not To Influence Investment

JAKARTA - Billionaire from the United States, Ray Dalio is reportedly canceled as an advisor to the Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency or BPI Danantara.

Responding to this news, the General Chairperson of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin), Anindya Bakrie admitted that she could not comment further because she did not know why Ray did not join the advisory.

However, he emphasized that the cancellation of the entry of billionaires from the US would not affect the belief in investment in Indonesia. Anin said, this is a normal and common thing to happen.

For Anindya, the most important thing in the Danantara structure is the management and not an advisor.

"No! That's normal, the most important thing between the two is not the advisor but the management," said Anindya briefly when met after being a speaker on the Indonesia Maritime Week agenda, Wednesday, May 28.

Previously, Ray Dalio participated in the Prabowo Subianto meeting with a number of Indonesian conglomerates at the State Palace in Jakarta, Friday, March 7.

A number of suggestions and advice were given by Ray Dalio so that the implementation of the Danantara went well. This was revealed by the Head of BPI Danantara who is also the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of BKPM Rosan Roeslani to reporters after the meeting.

Rosan only answered briefly when reporters asked if Ray Dalio had joined the Danantara Advisory Board. "It's been a shake," said Rosan briefly.
