Rey Bong Is Nervous About Playing Jodoh 3 Bujang, Willing To Grow Jenggots For The Sake Of The Old
Rey Bong returns to acting in the latest film entitled Match 3 Bujang. He plays Ahmad, the youngest of three children who are required to undergo twin marriages.
In her latest role, Rey admitted that she was nervous about acting on the big screen because she had not acted for a long time. In addition, he also made changes in appearance by growing beards for his role.
"There are quite a lot of difficulties, after a long hiatus on the big screen, I feel nervous again and have to play a pretty far from Rey's life except for her youngest child," Rey Bong said at a press conference in South Jakarta on Monday, May 26.
"My mouth is also far from his role, so I grew my beard to look convincing as a married age," he said.
"It's not difficult to grow beards because maybe it's already a talent. From the beginning of the week to Makassar. I like it, even when I finished filming, I continued," said Rey Bong.

He also practiced the Makassar dialect assisted by director Arfan Sabran who is a native of Makassar. Through this film he also collided with his co-stars, Jourdy Pranata and Christoffer Nelwan.
"It's playing Makassar because I'm far away. I am a Sumatran person who is assisted by Mas Arfan every day, almost 2 months, I have to be passive in using the Makassar dialeg to become South Jakarta (South Jakarta)," said Rey Bong.
"Challenging but assisted by Mr. Arfan, the boys' brothers became a harmony," said Jourdy Pranata.
The film Match 3 Bujang tells the story of three brothers: Fadli (Jourdy Pranata), Kifli (Christoffer Nelwan), and Ahmad (Rey Bong) who are asked to get married by their father (Arswendy Bening Swara). These three brothers have their own problems with their partner.
The film Match 3 Bujang will hit theaters starting June 26, 2025.
