22 Brong Exhaust Motorcycles Seized, Cianjur Police Will Return After Showing Complete Letter

JABAR - The Cianjur Resort Police (Polres) in West Java (West Java) secured 22 motorbikes with Brong exhaust or noise and did not have documents caught in the control carried out on a number of Cianjur protocol roads.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cianjur City Police, Ipdagan, said that dozens of these vehicles would be returned to the owner after carrying a complete letter and replacing the exhaust with a factory made.

"The vehicle will be returned to the owner after carrying a complete letter, installing the original exhaust and installing other equipment such as rearview mirrors and number plates," he said in Cianjur Monday, May 26, which was confiscated by Antara.

Enhanced routine activities, he said, will continue to be held in response to reports from residents, especially motorists who feel disturbed by motorcycle noisy exhausts that are still widely used, in a number of urban areas at random.

In fact, his party will further intensify patrols to areas prone to street violence and other community diseases, which are also widely reported by residents in the Cianjur city area, including conducting raids on liquor kiosks under the guise of herbal depots.

"We will continue to intensify patrols and raids to a number of vulnerable points, in order to provide a sense of security and comfort for residents, especially road users," he said.

His party also appealed to residents to report when they found anything suspicious in the neighborhood where they lived, in order to take direct action by officers, including those related to the circulation of alcohol, drugs and illegal drugs.

"We guarantee that every report that comes in will be immediately responded to by officers by visiting the location and taking firm action against the violations that occurred," he said.

Meanwhile, regarding the five teenagers who were arrested during the convoy to celebrate Persib's victory in Cianjur, because they consumed adulterated alcohol, they had been sent home after receiving guidance and made a statement immediately picked up by their respective parents.

"Officers found several bags of mixed alcohol plastic consumed by teenagers who were still in junior high school, after receiving guidance and warnings and making their statements returned to their parents," he said.
