Coffee And United Technology: Xiaomi Releases Unique Phones That Smell Original Coffee!

JAKARTA - Xiaomi has just launched a special variant of the Civi 5 Pro smartphone in China called Iced Americano, which is unique because it has a light coffee aroma. So, apart from just spilling coffee on your cellphone, now users can buy a phone that really smells of coffee.

This variant also uses vegan skin on the back mixed with coffee grounds, as an environmentally friendly step. In addition, this phone also has a gold metal frame that distinguishes it from the standard variant.

In terms of design and specifications, the Civi 5 Pro still offers a thin and light body, with a thickness of 7.45 mm (7.65 mm if including the camera module) and a weight of only 181 grams for the Iced Americano variant, slightly lighter than other 184 grams.

This phone is equipped with a 50MP selfie camera (f/2.0) located in the middle of the screen, as well as a Leica rear camera triple system with a 50MP camera with an 800 Light Hunter main camera (f/1.63), a 60mm 50MP telephoto camera, and a 12MP ultrawide camera.

In terms of performance, the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, a 6.55-inch OLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz with a resolution of 2,750 x 1,232 pixels, a large 6,000mAh battery, and a fast charging of 67W cable.

This phone is currently only available in China with prices starting at around 2,999 yuan (IDR 6.7 million). However, like most of the previous Civi series phones, it is likely that this phone will not enter the global market.

Users hope that the concept of this coffee-flavoured phone can be available on the international version of Xiaomi because this is a fresh update and different from the launch of ordinary phones we often see.
