Malaysian Navy Forms Accident Investigation Team Involve Operational Trucks
JAKARTA - The Royal Malaysian Navy (TLDM) formed an investigation team to investigate the five-vehicle accidents, one of which involved a three-ton TLDM operational truck. The accident left six people injured.
"TLDM will form an investigative team to determine the real cause of the incident," said the Commander of the Front Front of the Operational Room of the Dirgantara Exhibition and Langkawi International Maritime (LIMA25) of the Kedah Fire and Rescue Service (JBPM), Senior Inspector of Fire Department I Ahmad Aminuddin Abd Rahim in his statement in Malaysia, Friday, May 23, quoted from Bernama.
He said as many as 40 joint officers were deployed shortly after the accident occurred on Friday afternoon May 23. They come from elements of the police, TLDM, the Malaysian Civil Defense Forces (APM), and the Ministry of Health (KKM).
Rahim, said this accident did not cause any casualties, all TLDM personnel consisting of 25 soldiers had been taken to the Maritime Segment medical room for initial treatment.
Meanwhile, two other soldiers who were injured were taken to the Sultanah Maliha Hospital, Langkawi, for further treatment due to a leg injury.
