DKH Hospitals Group And Taipei Veterans General Hospital Sign The MoU International Medical Cooperation

JAKARTA - In order to strengthen international networks and improve the quality of health services, DKH Hospitals Group, Indonesia, and Taipei Veterans General Hospital (TVGH), Taiwan, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish strategic cooperation in the fields of medicine, research, and medical education.

The signing was carried out directly at the Medika Dramaga Hospital member of the DKH Hospitals Group, Bogor, attended by both parties. The DKH Hospitals Group was represented by Iqbal Rahim Wilis as the President Commissioner of DKH Hospitals, Abdullah Sayidi as the Independent Commissioner of DKH Hospitals, Satria Muhammad Wilis as the President Director of DKH Hospitals Group, Octen Suhadi as Director of DKH Hospitals, and Heri Akhyar as Corporate Secretary of DKH Hospitals and representatives of the Directors of the Medika Dramaga Bogor Hospital.

As for Taipei Veterans General Hospital (TVGH), Taiwan is represented by Prof. Wui-Chiang Lee, MD, Ph.D., MHS as Vice Superintendent TVGH, Prof. Chin-Su Liu, MD, Ph.D. as Director of the International Medical Service Center TVGH, Dr. Yi-Jen Claire Wang, MD, MPH as Attitude Physical International Medical Service Center and Department of Family Medicine TVGH, Elaine Le as Policy Manager of the International Medical Service Center TVHG, and Candy Cheng as Coordinator of the International Medical Service Center TVGH.

This MoU was signed directly by Satria Muhammad Wilis, M.Sc. as the President Director of DKH Hospitals Group and Prof. Wei-Ming Chen, as Superintendent of Taipei Veterans General Hospital as a form of commitment to cooperation in the field of medicine, research, and medical education.

This collaboration will last for two years and can be extended based on mutual agreement. This collaboration includes various strategic fields such as scientific exchange and medical personnel, research collaboration and clinical trials, telehealth development, sustainable medical training and education programs, international patient referrals and other mutually agreed upon activities.

TVGH is a leading medical institution with a global reputation, and we are very enthusiastic about the opportunities for collaboration to be established," said Satria Muhammad Wilis, M.Sc. in his remarks

Prof. Wui-Chiang Lee, MD, Ph.D., MHS. added, this collaboration is a form of our commitment to expanding positive influence in the global health sector, as well as strengthening bilateral relations with medical institutions from Indonesia.

The MoU signing ceremony between DKH Hospitals Group, Indonesia and Taipei Veterans General Hospital (TVGH), Taiwan, was also attended by the Leadership of IPB University. Prof. Dr. Ir. Iskandar Z. Siregar, M.For.Sc. as Deputy Chancellor for Global Connectivity, Cooperation and Alumni represented by Dr. Eva Anggraini as Director of Global Connectivity was also present at the Ceremony in the context of dialogue and exploration of strategic partnership opportunities that could be established between IPB University, DKH Hospitals Group, and Taipei Veterans General Hospital (TVGH).

With the spirit of mutual support and collaboration, each institution will appoint a coordinator from each party to ensure the smooth implementation of programs and activities within the scope of this MoU.
