KAI Opens Vacancies At The Job Fair National Naker Fest 2025, This Is A List Of Positions
JAKARTA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) participated in the Job Fair Naker Fest 2025. This participation is part of KAI's strategic commitment to support the superior human resource development agenda (HR).
The National Job Fair for Naker Fest 2025 will be held by the Ministry of Manpower from Thursday, May 22 to Friday, May 23, 2025 at the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Building, Jakarta.
KAI Vice President Public Relations Anne Purba said that this job fair is a forum for KAI to expand access to job opportunities, especially for young talents who are ready to contribute to the world of transportation.
"As a company that continues to transform, KAI needs human resources that not only excel academically and technically, but also uphold integrity, collaboration, and adaptivity to the dynamics of the transportation industry," he said in an official statement, Thursday, May 22.
Anne said this recruitment process is part of a HR regeneration strategy that is in line with the application of AKHLAK values in all lines of the company.
Furthermore, Anne said KAI opens job opportunities for the best graduates D3 and D4/S1 to fill a number of strategic positions spread across the company's operational areas.

With general qualifications, namely IPK at least 3.0, accreditation of the study program at least Very Good (D3) or Unggul (D4 or S1), as well as the score of English language skills according to the set standards.
Anne said KAI had implemented ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System and emphasized that the entire recruitment process was free of charge, did not use a refund system, and did not involve third parties, travel agents, or brokers in any form.
