Redmi K80 Ultra Ready To Come With 7500mAh Jumbo Battery
JAKARTA - After a leak emerged in February 2025, now the main specifications of the Redmi K80 Ultra are increasingly being confirmed. Based on the latest certification data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology China (CMIT), Xiaomi's latest flagship phone is confirmed to carry a super large battery.
In the CMIT list, Redmi K80 Ultra is registered with model number 25060RK16C and recorded to have a typical battery capacity of 7270mAh. As usual, this figure is likely to be marketed as 7500mAh for branding purposes.
Main Specifications of Redmi K80 Ultra
Although Xiaomi has not announced official specifications, a number of leaks have revealed the full picture of this phone. Redmi K80 Ultra is rumored to be carrying:
- 6.8-inch LTPS OLED screen with 1.5K resolution
- MediaTek Dimensity 9900 Plus Chipset
- 7500mAh Battery with 100W fast charging
- 50MP main camera in three camera configuration
- Rangka is made of metal
The presence of a battery of this size marks a new trend in the smartphone market, especially in the high performance segment, where durability is a major necessity.

Redmi K80 Ultra will not walk alone. A number of competitors such as iQOO, Realme, and OnePlus are also preparing devices powered by similar chipsets, Dimensity 9400 Plus. Some of the models competing in this class include:

- OnePlus Ace 5s
All of these devices will reportedly come with the 1.5K OLED screen and the battery above 7000mAh, suggesting that this segment will become a hot competition ground in the second half of 2025.
Xiaomi is currently focusing on launching Xiaomi 15s Pro and Pad 7 Ultra in China, which is the first device to use XRING O1 homemade chips. After the launch, the Redmi K80 Ultra is expected to officially launch next month.
