Saeful Bahri Disbursed Photos Of Harun Masiku's Delivery, There Are Hasto And Ex Watimpres Djan Faridz.

JAKARTA - Former PDI-P cadre (PDIP), Saeful Bahri said he received a photo that showed Harun Masiku being with PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto, and former member of the Presidential Advisory Council or Watimpres, Djan Faridz.

The photo was sent by Harun Masiku by providing information that he was at the Supreme Court (MA) to take care of the 2019-2024 DPR RI PAW.

It started when the prosecutor questioned the origin of the MA fatwa for PAW Harun Masiku. Then Saeful Bahri admitted that the data was obtained from advocate Donny Tri Istiqomah.

"I asked about the fatwa first, where did the witness know that there was an MA fatwa down?" asked the prosecutor during a trial at the Jakarta Corruption Court, Thursday, May 22.

"Yes, I hold the results of the fatwa's decision," said Saeful.

"Who is the witness holding it from?" said the prosecutor.

"From Dony," replied Saeful.

Saeful also said that receiving information on the MA fatwa had been completed. So, it's just a matter of time to send the MA fatwa to the Indonesian KPU.

"Yes. Pak Harun also informed. Because of this, at that time we were waiting for this item, waiting for this fatwa to be executed at the KPU. So I asked Donny, and I asked Mr. Harun and Mr. Harun also informed him that the fatwa had gone down," said Saeful.

"Is it a conversation with emotion or what conversation ?," asked the prosecutor.

"Yes, at that time I was shown by investigators that there was a conversation with me with emotion, there, Mr. Harun sent a photo at the Supreme Court," replied Saeful.

Saeful Bahri conveyed that the photos sent by Harun Masiku showed that they were Hasto Kristiyanto and a former member of the Presidential Advisory Council or Watimpres Djan Faridz.

"Who were the photos at that time ?," said the prosecutor.

"At that time, according to the screenshot in my BAP, there was Mr. Hasto, Mr. Harun and Djan Faridz, he said he was in the MA. I just asked, you see, if the Supreme Court tells a fatwa, what about the fatwa? It has been submitted," said Saeful.

"To whom?", said the prosecutor.

"It was handed over to the Secretary General," explained Saeful.

"That's where I know the fatwa already, I'm chasing Dony, where's the item," he continued.

Djan Faridz is known to have been questioned by the KPK for the bribery case of Harun Masiku. The examination was carried out in March 2025.

Not only that, investigators also had time to search Djan Faridz's house, which is also located on Jalan Borobudur Number 26, Menteng, South Jakarta on Wednesday night, January 22. From the forced effort, the KPK found a number of evidences ranging from documents to electronic goods.
