Bogor Regency Government Ordered 17 Illegal Buildings On The Banks Of Kalibaru, Ciluar Market
BOGOR Bogor Regency Government (Pemkab) through the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) brought order to 17 illegal buildings that stood on the banks of Kalibaru, Dua Raja Complex, Ciluar Market, Sukaraja District, on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
This control is a continuation of the Cibinong Raya area structuring program and has been preceded by socialization and persuasive warnings to building owners by the Satpol PP together with the Sukaraja District Leadership Deliberation (Muspika).
"We have conveyed a warning to the owners of illegal buildings. Some of them have carried out independent demolition, and today we are helping to tidy up. The rest were dismantled by officers," said Secretary of the Bogor Regency Satpol PP, Anwar Anggana, at the location of the activity.
According to Anwar, prior to controlling the Ciluar Market, his party had taken similar steps at several other points such as around Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong Market, and Citeureup Market. Control is carried out as an effort to create a more orderly and proper area.
We direct street vendors to more representative locations. We rearrange the illegal buildings so that this area becomes more orderly," he said.
Anwar also emphasized that control is not displacing, but rather shifting, according to the direction of the Bogor Regent.
The Regent always emphasized that control must prioritize a humanist approach. The owners of illegal buildings in this area have been facilitated by PD Pasar Tohaga to be able to sell in prepared locations, without disturbing activities around the market," he explained.
At the same location, the Head of Traffic and Road Transportation Division of the Bogor Regency Transportation Service (Dishub), Dadang Kosasih, said that his party was also controlling illegal parking around the Ciluar Market to increase the comfort and smooth running of traffic.
"Today, we have arranged two-wheeled vehicles that parked carelessly, from the front of the market to the bottom near elementary school. Every vehicle that disturbs road users, we take firm action," he said.

In addition, the Transportation Agency plans to arrange goods transportation in the market area. His party will write to PD Pasar Tohaga and appeal to the public regarding the arrangement of operating hours for freight transportation.
"We will discuss this with market managers, community leaders, and the Sukaraja District Muspika so that a clear agreement is reached and does not cause disturbances in market activities," concluded Dadang.
