JCI Closed Down 0.67 Percent Today To Level 7,142
JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) closed up 0.67 percent or 47.85 points to 7,142.46 until the end of trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), on Wednesday, May 21.
Meanwhile, eight sectoral indexes rose, including the raw goods sector rose 2.29 percent, the health sector rose 1.50 percent, the property sector rose 1.33 percent, and the primary consumption goods sector rose 1.29 percent.
Then, the infrastructure sector rose 1.24 percent, the non-primer consumption goods sector rose 1.01 percent, the transportation sector rose 1.01 percent and the financial sector rose 0.69 percent.
Meanwhile, the three sectoral indexes are in the red zone, namely the technology sector which fell 2.35 percent, the industrial sector fell 0.45 percent and the energy sector fell 0.01 percent.
Furthermore, the total volume of exchange transactions reached 26.644 billion shares with a transaction value of IDR 15.48 trillion. As well as 349 stocks increased, 270 stocks fell and 190 stocks were stagnant.
