Ibrahim Sjarief, Najwa Shihab's Husband Dies
JAKARTA - Sad news came from the family of journalist and presenter Najwa Shihab where her husband, Ibrahim Sjarief, was announced dead. This news was first shared via chain message.
"Sad news. Innalillahi wainnailaihi roji. Has passed away to the grace of Allah, Ibrahim Sjarief bin Husein Ibrahim Assegaf," reads a chain message received by VOI, Tuesday, May 20.
It was said that Ibrahim Sjarief died today, at 14:29 WIB at the National Brain Center Hospital.
It is planned that Ibrahim's body will be buried in the Cilandak area, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.
"The body will be buried and we will read tahlil together starting tonight on Jl. Jeruk Purut No. 8-9 RT 004/RW 003, East Cilandak, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta," he continued.

For the funeral itself, Ibrahim will be buried at Jeruk Purut TPU, South Jakarta on Wednesday, May 21 at 10.00 WIB.
