Construction Of ASN Flats At IKN Garapan PTPP Appreciated By The Minister Of PKP, Achieved MURI Record And Green Building Standards

JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), one of the leading construction companies in Indonesia, continues to show its commitment to supporting the development of the capital city of Nusantara (IKN).

Through the Integrated Construction Project Design and Build the Construction of ASN Flats, PTPP managed to record development progress that exceeded the target with an acceleration of 1.08 percent, namely the realization of 98.14 percent of the 97.06 percent plan.

With a contract value of IDR 1.87 trillion and an implementation period starting on August 25, 2023, this project aims to provide comfortable and decent housing for State Civil Apparatus (ASN), TNI, and POLRI serving in IKN. This is in line with Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2022 which regulates housing in the IKN area.

During his visit to the ASN Flats project in IKN on Saturday, May 17, the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas of the Republic of Indonesia, Maruarar Sirait appreciated the construction of the ASN Flats project based on PTPP which has a professional team, and works according to quality standards and targets.

In addition, this project also received a feasibility test from Mulawarman University which was also compared to testing from Sucofindo. The results were revealed directly by Prof. Dr. Ir. Tamrin, ST, MT., IPU as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Mulawarman University who participated in the visit. Tamrin revealed that from the tests carried out and compared to the Sucofindo test, the results were precise or fulfilled.

"It means that there are not those who deviate from the signs being carried out," he said.

Head of the East Kalimantan DGT Regional Office, Heru Narwanta shared his experience. "Entering the ASN Flat, it feels like entering a luxury apartment in Jakarta! Design is cool, comfortable, Idaman's house. Development is fast but quality remains at the forefront." he said.

In its implementation, PTPP implemented various construction innovations to increase environmental efficiency and sustainability, including: Keet-portable to reduce construction waste and can be reused in the next project.

Not only that, the use of BIM technology in the preparation of bar bending schedulers with Revit to increase the accuracy and efficiency of the work. The use of clay/playdough-based column footage to maintain consistency of water levels in concrete during the drying process. Bekisting Aluminum Formwork System that accelerates the work process and reduces waste.

And also PTPP implements a precast facade that accelerates installation as well as improves building quality and aesthetics. In addition to these innovations, this project also applies the concept of Building Smart Buildings and Green Building Buildings that are able to save energy significantly.

The advantages of this project have received appreciation at the national level. Some of the awards that have been won include:

- Best Housing Project in IKN Area from the Ministry of PUPR.

- MURI records for the construction of the fastest residential ready-to-live tower.

- 1st and 2nd place for the Bathing Room in the Construction Warriors Indonesia Construction Summit (ICS) 2024.
