Closing The Second Session Of 2025, Bogor City DPRD Submits Performance Reports

BOGOR DPRD Bogor City held a plenary meeting to close the second session of the 2025 session, as well as open a third session. The meeting chaired by Deputy Chair I of the Bogor City DPRD, M. Rusli Prihatevy, was held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.

Dalam agenda tersebut, Rusli menyampaikan bahwa pada 26, 27, dan 28 Februari 2025, para anggota dewan telah melaksanakan kegiatan reses di daerah pemilihan masing-masing. Sesuai dengan Tatattib DPRD Kota Bogor Nomor 1 Tahun 2025 Pasal 104 ayat (7), hasil reses tersebut disampaikan dalam rapat paripurna.

Deputy Chairman III of the Bogor City DPRD, Dadang Iskandar Danubrata, explained that the recess period was used by council members to absorb the aspirations of the community as well as socialize the performance of the DPRD, both in the field of legislation, budget, supervision, and institutions.

Based on the recapitulation results of 50 members of the Bogor City DPRD, a number of recommendations were obtained from each electoral district:

- Central Bogor and East Bogor: 30 improvements to waterways and sheet piles, 41 improvements to road, 46 infrastructure development, 18 RTLH, and 145 other recommendations. - North Bogor: 20 waterway and sheet adjustments, 53 road repairs, 43 infrastructure constructions, 12 RTLH, and 76 other recommendations. - South Bogor: 47 waterway and sheet adjustments, 33 road repairs, 27 infrastructure construction, 12 RTLH, and 101 other recommendations. - West Bogor: 39 waterway and sheet sales, 24 road repairs, 30 infrastructure development, 8 RTLH, and 61 other objects. - Land Sareal: 35 water and sheet adjustments, 34 road repairs, 20 infrastructure development, 8 RTLH, and 57 other achievements.

"We hope that the compilation of the results of the second recess for the 2025 session can be used as material for development planning by paying attention to the priority scale in Bogor City," said Dadang.

Deputy Chairman II of the Bogor City DPRD, Zenal Abidin, also read out the DPRD's performance report. He said that through the legislative function, the DPRD had discussed eight draft regional regulations (Raperda) during the second session.

Based on the 2025 Regional Regulation Formation Program (Propemperda), the DPRD will discuss 13 Raperda in three trial periods. Zenal expressed optimism that all of the Raperda could be completed to support the implementation of the government in Bogor City.

From the supervisory function, the commissions and the DPRD agencies carry out their duties according to their respective focuses:

- Commission I highlighted the implementation of government order, appointment of PPPK, and labor shortages in the education, health, and technical personnel sectors. - Commission II focuses on strengthening regional competitiveness and budget efficiency, according to the direction of the central government. - Commission III oversees the arrangement of public transportation, strategic projects, environmental issues, and equitable development. - Commission IV reviews basic community services, such as the distribution of social assistance, RSUD services, and the education sector.

In addition, the Bogor City DPRD received aspirations from student organizations such as the Islamic Student Association (HMI) and the Indonesian National Student Movement (GMNI), which highlighted the central government's program.

"Time one session is not enough to solve all problems and aspirations of the community. This report is an evaluation material for future improvements," said Zenal.

The Opening Of The Third Session Period

After closing the second session, Deputy Chairman I M. Rusli Prihatvy officially opened the third session in 2025. In his remarks, Rusli said the DPRD would discuss five Raperda and four other legislative discussions.

On the budgeting side, the Bogor City DPRD will start discussing the 2025 KUA-PPAS Amendment, the 2025 Regional Budget Revised Raperda, and follow-up to the results of the examination by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).

"With our steps during this third session, let us pray that all agendas run smoothly and provide tangible benefits for development in Bogor City," concluded Rusli.
