Tips For The Deputy Minister Of Religion To Keep Hajj Candidates Healthy In The Holy Land

Deputy Minister of Religion (Wamenag) Father Muhammad Syafi'i gave a number of tips so that pilgrims stay healthy and fit during the series of pilgrimages in the Holy Land.

"First, keep drinkingzamzam water," he said on a visit to Padang as reported by ANTARA, Saturday, May 17.

So that pilgrims do not bother or repeatedly takezamz water, he suggests that they prepare thezamz water stock using jerry cans measuring five to 10 liters.

"Every time you want to drink, then drinkzam water. God willing, it will be healthy," said the Deputy Minister of Father Muhammad Syafi'i, who is familiarly called the Father.

He said that when he was in the Holy Land, he regularly consumedzamam water. Various diseases suffered, such as gout, cholesterol, cocok, and high blood pressure never fell when consumingzam water.

"I have all these diseases and thank God I never rest in the Holy Land on condition that I drinkzamz water," he said.

The Deputy Minister of Religion also said that pilgrims are not afraid to eat all types of food in Saudi Arabia, while if the body is fit, it is recommended to perform sunnah.

If the health condition is not excellent, the Deputy Minister of Religion appealed to them to better eliminate sunnah worship because at 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 Zulhijah it is time and series that determines whether or not a hajj person.

Especially for prospective pilgrims who suffer from certain diseases and regularly take drugs, he said, before leaving, they must arrange the distribution of pills that will be taken every day with the aim of not being bothered by sorting medicines upon arrival in the Holy Land.

"Other tips don't often go to the house. Whatever is left in the country, leave it to Allah SWT. Our job is to focus on carrying out the pilgrimage," he said.
