KPK Prosecutor Demands PPK For North Lombok Tsunami Shelter Project 6 Years In Prison

The prosecutor stated that Aprialely's actions were proven to have violated the first alternative indictment, namely Article 2 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 18 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
