Ministry Of Finance Salurkan Village Fund 2025 In West Papua Rp45.6 Billion
The Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb) of the Ministry of Finance noted that the distribution of Village Funds in West Papua Province in the first quarter of 2025 reached Rp45.66 billion out of a total ceiling of Rp664.61 billion.
West Papua DGT Head Purwadhi Adhiputranto said there were three districts that had realized the distribution of Village Funds, namely Manokwari, Bintuni Bay and Wondama Bay.
"From January to March 2025, the distribution has only been carried out for three districts, while the other four districts have not at all," said Purwadhi as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, May 15.
He detailed that the distribution of Village Funds for Manokwari Regency was realized Rp2.04 billion, Teluk Bintuni Regency Rp36.44 billion, and Teluk Wondama Regency Rp7.19 billion.
Requirements for distributing Village Funds include APBDes documents, recording of earmark and non-earmark Village Fund ceilings, recording the realization of beneficiary families in 2024, and others.
"Village funds can be distributed if all the documents that are required are completed by each local government," said Purwadhi.
The document, he said, would later be uploaded by each district government through the OMSPAN TKD application to be verified by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK).
After the channel requirements document is declared complete, the DJPK issues a recommendation to the DJPb for distribution by the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN).
"If there is a recommendation from the DGT, the Village Fund can only be distributed to the district," said Purwadhi.
His party continues to coordinate with four other districts, namely Fakfak, Kaimana, Arfak Mountains, and South Manokwari to speed up inputting documents for channel requirements.
Utilization of the Village Fund must be in accordance with predetermined guidelines, such as direct cash assistance of a maximum of 25 percent, food and animal security programs of at least 20 percent.
"We continue to coordinate with local governments so that they can immediately complete the Village Fund channel requirements documents," he said.
