Ari Lasso Reveals The Old Story Between Dewa 19 And Luna Maya
JAKARTA - Ari Lasso was one of the invited guests who attended the wedding party of Luna Maya and Maxime Bouttier which was held in Ubud, Gianyar, Bali on May 8.
On that occasion, Ari Lasso performed one of his hit songs when he was still the vocalist of Dewa 19, "Love Will Bring You Back".
Ari Lasso also revealed how the song "Love 'Kan Bring You Back' which was released through the Best 'Best' album in 1995 has a connection with Luna.
According to the 52-year-old singer, the song became Dewa 19's mainstay when he went on a concert tour to Bali and met Luna Maya for the first time, even though they did not know each other at that time.
"So this song has a bond with Luna Maya. In 1997, we were on tour at the Art Center, Denpasar. Suddenly there was a beautiful girl riding a motorcycle. Ahmad Dhani immediately said, 'Wow, who is it?'" said Ari, launching the Luna Maya YouTube channel, Wednesday, May 14.

The curiosity at that time was unanswered, until finally a dozen years later, Dewa 19 personnel found out that the girl was Luna Maya.
"After a dozen years later, we asked, it turned out to be Luna Maya," continued Ari Lasso.
Another invited guest looked surprised by the old story. A lively applause also ended Ari Lasso's appearance with Luna Maya and Maxime Bouttier.
