Moncer Performance, Pefindo Raises PMS Ranking To IdA With Stable Prospects
JAKARTA PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) raised the rating of PT Pratama Mitra Sejati (PMS) from the idA- to idA rating with a stable outlook.
This rating increase reflects the company's ability to maintain a stable profit margin and strong financial profile.
The rating period for the subsidiary from PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (Tugu Insurance) is valid for the period from April 22 to November 1, 2025.
PMS President Director, Quartantyo Wijanarko said that this rating increase could not be separated from PMS' innovation and improvement in improving its performance.
"Throughout 2024, companies will be able to significantly increase the share of the vehicle business market in various segments, both the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) and the national private sector", Quartantyo explained.
The company's operating performance continues to grow consistently, including in terms of revenue and net profit while maintaining a strong financial position.
Evidently until the end of 2024, PMS' revenue increased 19 percent year on year (yoy) to Rp428.1 billion, compared to the previous year's Rp358.3 billion.
The increase in operating income was supported by the increasing growth in the vehicle service business and office space rental business.
In addition, as of December 31, 2024, the company already has a fleet of 3,554 vehicles spread throughout Indonesia.
Sejurus dengan itu, realisasi laba bersih perseroan ikut tumbuh hingga akhir 2024. Tercatat laba perseroan naik 17 persen yoy menjadi Rp84,2 miliar dibandingkan tahun lalu yang sebesar Rp72,1 miliar.
Meanwhile, Ebitda of the company reached Rp294.6 billion, an increase of 21 percent from the same period the previous year which was recorded at Rp243.6 billion.
the company also received stronger support from Pertamina Group and the parent company Tugu Insurance, including through the implementation of the Liquidity Control Tower (LCT) and Inter Company Funding (ICF) systems.
In the future, it is hoped that PMS can become the top 5 vehicle rental service companies in Indonesia and provide optimal value for all stakeholders.
It is known, PMS as part of the Tugu Insurance and Pertamina Group, was founded in Jakarta on January 15, 1990, to provide services in the field of office space rental services.
