Honda CB1000 SP Present At Malaysia Autoshow 2025, Take A Peek At The Specifications

JAKARTA - The Malaysia Autoshow 2025 event was used by a number of automotive brands to introduce their newest vehicles. Honda is one of the brands participating in this event by launching a sport-style NUMBER CB1000 SP motorcycle with high performance.

Launching from Paultan, Tuesday, May 13, the Honda CB1000 SP has a fresh 4-cylinder engine taken from the CBR1000RR Fireblade.

The engine can provide a power boost of 155 cellphones at 11,000 rpm and a peak torque of up to 107 Nm at 9,000 rpm. The power issued at CB1000 SP is lower when compared to the CBR1000RR Fireblade which provides 214 cellphones and 112 Nm torque.

The performance is supported by a six-acceleration transmission system with gear that gets changed. It is also equipped with Assist and Slipper Clunch as well as up-and-down quickshifter.

There is also driving mode on the Honda CB1000 SP consisting of Rain, Standard, Sport, and two other options that can be adjusted by the driver.

This motorbike has a seat height of 809 mm with a weight of 212 liters and a fuel of 17 liters.

The legs are equipped with 17-inch rims and 120/70 tires on the front and rear with 180/55 tires.

Complementing his legs there is a front fork suspension from Showa SFF-BP with a diameter of 41 mm which is set completely and the Ohlins TTX36 monoshock on the back.

The braking system is equipped with Brembo multi-four-piston Stylema which is paired with a floating disk measuring 310 mm and the back has a caliber of Nissin and a disk measuring 240 mm.

Not only prioritizing performance, the Honda CB1000 SP also focuses on sophistication with a 5-inch LCD TFT screen equipped with Honda Roadsync and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) which are useful for controlling traffic and driving stability.

Honda CB1000 SP began to be marketed in neighboring countries at a price of 69,999 ringgit or equivalent to Rp269 million.
