BRI Ultra Micro Holding Distributes Financing To 35.4 Million Business Actors

JAKARTA - Ultra Micro Holding (UMi) consisting of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as the parent company, together with PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) and PT Pegadaian, has a total loan customer of 35.4 million. Meanwhile, total lending until March 2025 reached IDR 631.4 trillion. In the same period, the number of deposit customers was recorded at more than 182 million.

BRI Corporate Secretary Agustya Hendy Bernadi said that through the collaboration of the three entities, the Company ensures that micro-enterprises, including those in areas throughout Indonesia, can access financial services more easily, quickly, and affordablely.

Ultra Micro Holding not only provides access to capital, but also assists micro business actors through financial literacy education, entrepreneurship training, and sustainable empowerment programs so that they can advance to class and strengthen their competitiveness," said Hendy, Tuesday, May 13.

As a concrete manifestation of this synergy, he continued, Ultra Micro Holding utilizes digital platforms such as SenyuM Mobile which expand access to financial services to remote areas of the country.

It was recorded that from the beginning it was launched in 2021 to the first quarter of 2025, SenyuM Mobile had accelerated productivity and expanded access with more than 4.46 million successful customers being referralized.

The empowerment program run by Ultra Micro Holding is also in line with the principles of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) which is a guide for BRI Group in running responsible and sustainable businesses.
