Adaptation Of The Film, Gandhi Fernando Releases Novel Horror Bronze Home: Buto Ijo

JAKARTA content creator and producer Gandhi Fernando will re-launch a new work but not in the form of a film but a book.

Together with writer Muthia Esfand, Gandhi is ready to release a horror novel entitled 'Waiter Home: Buto Ijo', inspired by the viral urban legend about the figure of Buto Ijo.

This novel itself is an adaptation of the scenario of the film of the same name directed by Achmad Romie. For, the film itself has completed the shooting process and stars Gandhi Fernando with Celine Evangelista and Valerie Thomas.

"Writing this novel is a new experience for me. Usually I get involved behind the movie screen, but this time I want to bring this horror story to life in writing," Gandhi Fernando said in an interview with the media crew, Monday, May 12.

"The story of Buto Ijo has strong potential to be developed into various mediums," he said.

Broadly speaking, the Waiter for the House: Buto Ijo tells the figure of Srini, a widow whose life changes after being terrorized by a giant green creature at home.

To fight the terror, Srini asked for help from a pair of content creators who are experts in supernatural things.

According to Gandhi, the story of Buto Ijo, which has been widely known since childhood, has had his own emotional closeness to the Indonesian people. This made Gandhi decide to raise this certa.

"We grew up with people's stories like this. But what if the story becomes real and terrorizes our daily lives? That's where the mess lies," explained Gandhi.

Cover the novel Penung Rumah: Buto Ijo has been introduced to the public. The design is quite simple but attracts curiosity, showing Buto Ijo's hand, which is opening the door representing the horror that will emerge from behind the story.
