Remissions and PMPs are given to inmates and fostered children based on various regulations, including Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections, Government Regulation Number 32 of 1999 along with its amendments, as well as Presidential Decree Number 174 of 1999 concerning Remissions.
