After Viral Detaining Employee Certificates, Jan Hwa Diana Becomes A Suspect In A Car Destruction Case
JAKARTA - Sentosa Seal boss Jan Hwa Diana, and her husband, Handy Sunaryo, have been officially named suspects in the alleged car vandalism case. Both have been detained.
"That's right, the person concerned has been named a suspect," said Head of Public Relations of the East Java Police, Kombes Jules Abraham Abast to VOI, Saturday, May 10.
The determination of the suspect against the husband and wife was based on the results of the case title. Investigators found strong evidence regarding the alleged crime committed by them.
Currently, Jan Hwa Diana and Handy Sunaryo have been detained at the Surabaya Police Station. However, there was no reason behind the detention of the two.

It is suspected that one of the reasons for their detention was the punishment or sanction of a criminal act committed more than five years.
"Detention since May 8, 2025," Jules said.
In this case, Jan Hwa Diana and Handy Sunaryo were charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code and or 406 of the Criminal Code Junto 55 of the Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, the investigation into the car vandalism case was based on a police report made by a contractor named Paul Sthevanus.
