Held Bimtek Football In Maluku, Kemenpora Finds Still Coach License D
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Youth and Sports, through the Assistant Deputy for Sports Nursing and Science and Technology, Deputy for the Improvement of Sports Achievement, held technical guidance for the development of soccer at the Student Sports Training Center (PPLP), Maluku Province, 27-30 April 2021.
According to the Head of Scouting and Talent Development, Deputy Assistant for Sports Nursing and Science and Technology, Waluyono, this Bimtek is carried out in collaboration with the Central Executive of the Indonesian Football Association (PP. PSSI) as the implementer of soccer regulations in the country.
"This is in order to carry out the mandate of Presidential Instruction No: 3 of 2019 concerning the acceleration of national football achievements. Therefore, together with PSSI we carry out the Technical Guidance and PPLP of Maluku Province as the first visit," said Waluyono.
Furthermore, Waluyo who was present representing the Deputy for Achievement Development, Kemenpora RI, Chandra Bhakti, added that the presence of a team from PSSI was in order to provide an opportunity for the parent of the national football organization to get an overview of the current conditions of PPLP, especially the soccer sport.
"After this, PSSI will provide an explanation regarding what should be improved and added, in order to make PPLP as one of the places to forge talented young talents, especially in soccer sports," added Waluyono.
Meanwhile, Mundari Karya, who became the PSSI envoy with Aldi Iqbal Tawakal, said that from the results of his pantaun at PPLP Maluku Province, at least there were a number of things that should be noted to be proposed to the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
"One of them is a coach's license. In Maluku, the new head coach has a D license. Because this is the same level as a football academy, the coach's license should be at least B. We need to visit at least two more PPLPs before completing the presentation," said Mundari.
