Head of the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Enen Saribanon, revealed that coordination with BPKP has now been included in the calculation of state losses.
"So, for this case we are heading towards the process of calculating state losses," said Enen in Mataram, NTB, Friday, May 9, as reported by Antara.
By conveying that the handling of this case is at the stage of calculating state losses, Enen emphasized that there has been no step in determining the suspect.
However, Enen stated that investigators had found elements of criminal acts of corruption that led to allegations of inflating land purchase prices and abuse of authority by regional officials.
"The allegation of corruption in handling this case is that there is a 'mark up' (price inflation) in the purchase of land and there are also procedures for abuse of authority carried out. Like that," he said.
