JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung inaugurated the Jagakarsa Simple Rental Flats (Rusunawa), South Jakarta. Jagakarsa Rusunawa has 732 unir which is built in 3 towers.
Pramono said the Jagakarsa Rusunawa was opened to the public. However, the DKI Provincial Government prioritizes residents who previously lived in flood-affected areas, especially in the South Jakarta area, as residents of the flat.
"This is for the public, but in particular I have conveyed to the head of the service that later the victims of the Krukut River flood, Krukut and what is the other, and Mampang they meet the requirements they must prioritize. But they still have to meet the requirements," said Pramono at Rusunawa Jagakarsa, Thursday, May 8.
Pramono guarantees that the registration process for residential rentals to the handover of keys is avoided from individuals or third parties who take advantage of the withdrawal of illegal levies. Because all stages use the SIRUKIM application.
"Earlier I deliberately asked those who were lucky to get housing units, whether in the process there were so-called middlemans or people who offered to help to get the unit. Alhamdulillah, from what I asked, they really got it through the SIRUKIM application," said Pramono.
"Because I heard various complaints, I have asked for this SIRUKIM to be repaired. In two weeks, hopefully, this application will be more open, more transparent and better, respond to the public more quickly," he added.
