BRI Distributes Loans In Micro Segment Of IDR 632.22 Trillion

JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk reported that until the end of March 2025 it had succeeded in disbursing micro loans amounting to IDR 632.22 trillion.

Micro Director of BRI Akhmad Purwakajaya said, with a portion of Micro credit reaching 46.02 percent of the company's total financing and credit portfolios of IDR 1,373.66 trillion.

Akhmad said, Agent BRILink itself has become one of the main motorbikes in expanding BRI's financial services, where BRI collaborates with customers as agents/partners who can serve banking transactions for the public in real-time online with the concept of sharing fees.

It was recorded that until the end of March 2025, the number of Agent BRILinks had reached 1.2 million agents.

This shows significant growth with growth of 49.48 percent yoy.

These agents are spread across more than 67,000 villages or reach more than 88 percent of the total villages in Indonesia, and record a transaction volume of IDR 423 trillion along the first quarter of 2025.
