Increasingly Heating, Pakistan Missile Tests, India Orders Military Exercises
JAKARTA - Pakistan carried out a second missile test in three days, while India has ordered several states to conduct security exercises, as fears of rising neighboring countries could engage in confrontations over the deadly attack on the dollar.
Moody's warned the deadlock could hinder Islamabad's economic reforms as the world's major countries called for a remain calm.
Relations between the nuclear-armed countries have deteriorated since gunmen killed 26 people on April 22 in an attack targeting Hindu tourists in India'shuge, the worst attack on civilians in India in nearly two decades.
