Stabbing Of Pertamina Employee Arrested, Suspected Of Old Grudge Motives
BOYOLALI - The police revealed the stabbing case of a PT Pertamina employee. Two of the perpetrators were arrested.
Deputy Chief of Police of Boyolali Police Commissioner Afrian Satya Permadi said the two perpetrators of the stabbing were Sapto Aji (36) and Setiyo Budi Pamekas (32). Both are currently detained at the Boyolali Police Headquarters.
The violence committed by two perpetrators against the victim with the initials JSM took place on Teras-Bangsalan Dukuh Street Tegalan, Teras Boyolali District, on April 10.
The Boyolali deputy police chief said the suspect Sapto Aji was the main perpetrator who hacked the JSM victim (22) twice on the back and hands. Meanwhile, the perpetrator Setiyo acted as the vehicle jockey or the one who made a fool of Sapto Aji.
"The JSM victim is still undergoing intensive care at a hospital in Semarang, and has started to regain consciousness to be invited to communicate. The victim sustained injuries to the back of two stabs and hands", said the Deputy Chief of Police, quoted by Antara, Thursday, April 29.
The incident started when the victim came home from work on a motorbike to the rented place. While on Jalan Teras-Bangsalan Dukuh Tegalan, Teras Boyolali District was followed by two perpetrators. The victim at the scene of the incident was immediately stabbed by the perpetrator, Sapto Aji, so that he hit his back and hands, causing injuries.
"After conducting an investigation, we succeeded in uncovering and arresting the two perpetrators in the Banyudono area, Boyolali on Saturday, April 17", said Police Commissioner Afrian.
The motive for the violence case is still being investigated. But the perpetrator Sapta Aji admitted that he was a former security guard for PT Patra Jasa who collaborated with Pertamina. It is suspected that the perpetrator of revenge was due to being expelled from PT Patra Jasa for a drug case.
The suspect is charged under Article 170 and/or Article 353 and/or Article 351 of the Criminal Code, concerning the Criminal Act of Violence and Persecution, with the threat of a maximum sentence of seven years in prison.
