PLN Ensures Airport Electricity To Crowd Centers In Bali Recovers After Total Extinguishing
PT PLN (Persero) ensures that electricity flow for public services at hospitals, airports (airports), ports, and crowded centers in Bali has been successfully restored.
"We ensure that public services at hospitals, airports, ports and crowded centers have been successfully restored," said PLN's Executive Vice President of Corporate & TJSL Communications Gregorius Adi Trianto as reported by ANTARA, Friday, May 2.
PLN is currently deploying hundreds of personnel and making every effort to repair electricity disturbances in Bali.
"The electricity supply is expected to recover tonight," he said.
PLN responded quickly in carrying out recovery due to disruptions in electricity supply that occurred on Friday, at around 16.00 WITA in Bali.
Less than 30 minutes after the incident, he said, the electricity supply had returned gradually. At 19.30 WITA, more than 940 thousand affected customers had managed to return to normal.
"The (recovery) area is scattered," saidGreg.
He conveyed that the temporary indication for the cause of the disturbance was the Java-Bali interconnection cable, but the exact cause is still under further investigation.
General Manager of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Ahmad Syaugi Shahab said the airport had returned to using PLN electricity after a power outage had previously occurred.

This was conveyed by Ahmad Syaugi after ensuring that the entire electricity process using PLN power was running normally, because previously since 16.30 WITA the electricity at the airport was immediately extinguished.
Luckily, the supply of electricity reserves from the airport's generator functioned well with the fuel condition filled.
Ahmad Syaugi ensured that the aircraft departure process had gradually started to run normally and all facilities had returned to service, only a little delayed during the transfer of electricity sources.
"Currently, all processes, both arrivals and departures, have returned to normal," he said.
Power outages hit Bali, including vital objects since 16.00 WITA, and until this news was revealed, PLN was gradually recovering this electrical problem.
