TINS Holds EGMS And Reshuffles Directors To Commissioners, There Is The Director General Of Energy And Mineral Resources-Eligients Of The Active TNI
PT Timah Tbk (TINS) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) today, Friday, May 2, 2025.
The EGMS decided to reshuffle the company's board of directors and commissioners.
This EGMS approved to appoint Restu Widiyantoro, an active TNI soldier to replace Ahmad Dani Virsal who served as President Director.
Director of Business Development TINS was also replaced from previously held by Dicky Octa Zahriadi to Suhendra Yusuf Ratuprawiranegara.
Hendra Kusuma Wardanayang himself previously served as Director of Human Resources replaced by Andi Seto Gadhista Asapa.
Meanwhile, in the company's board of commissioners, shareholders appointed Eniya Listiyani Dewi, who is the Director General of New Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (EBTKE) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources as commissioner.
Yusril Ihza Mahendra's older brother, Yuslih Ihza Mahendra, is an Independent Commissioner.
Meanwhile, the President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner are also occupied by the active TNI, AgusRohman.
