This millennial house, said Erick, has been completed by a BUMN as a result of the collaboration between PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) and the National Housing Development Public Company in the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area.
"Then there is the millennial house, yesterday we had PT Kereta Api and Perumnas at the TOD-TOD, thank God we can build a price of 31 meters with Rp. 290 million if purchased," he said in a central development coordination meeting 2021 which was broadcast virtually, Friday. , April 29th.
According to Erick, the price offered by his party for a house can be said to be affordable for the millennial generation. Moreover, considering that land prices continue to increase every year.
"I think this is affordable, which is currently difficult to find housing. Even Pak Basuki (Minister of PUPR) can buy an apartment by train," he said.

This residence, which is integrated with KRL transportation and located at Rawabuntu Station, South Tangerang, is planned to be built in two stages consisting of 3,632 residential units with the type of studio units, 2 bedrooms and 2 plus rooms.

In the future, the residence is planned to be connected directly to the LRT to Soekarno-Hatta Airport and an extension of the MRT line from Lebak Bulus Station to Rawabuntu Station.
