Adjoining The Sea Because Jetski Ran Out Of Gas, Filipino Citizens Were Rescued
DENPASAR - Two people were floating in the middle of the sea because the jetski they were driving ran out of fuel.
This incident was experienced by a citizen of the Philippines named Agie (23) and his guide Stephanus (26), Wednesday, April 28. Agie played jetski around 17.00 WITA, but suddenly the jetski could not go on because it ran out of gas.
A guide named Stephanus followed up to provide help, but the jet ski he was driving also ran out of fuel because it went against the current.
Head of the Denpasar Search and Relief Office (Basarnas Bali) Gede Darmada confirmed the incident. The officer received a report requesting the assistance of 2 jetties adrift in the waters west of Nusa Penida, Klungkung Regency, Bali at around 19:10 WITA.
"We received a report from the family," said Darmada, Thursday, April 29.
The team moves to the location. The SAR team conducted a search in the vicinity of the two people adrift. Meanwhile, Agie's family rented 3 boats to help with the search.
"The current condition at that time was quite fast, but finally the target was found at around 21.05 WITA and was safe," he added.
The two of them were taken to Benoa Harbor. The condition of the two people who are floating in the middle of the sea is in good condition.
