Fachri Albar And Renata Kusmanto Have Divorced Since February 2025

JAKARTA Actress Renata Kusmanto and actor Fachri Albar have officially divorced since February 2025. In a decision quoted from the official website, the Panel of Judges granted Renata's divorce suit with verstek, or without Fachri Albar's presence at trial.

"Granted the Plaintiff's lawsuit (Renata Kusmanto bint IR. Danny Kusmanto) with verstek," wrote the verdict.

In the same decision, the court also stipulated that the custody of two children resulting from their marriage was in the hands of Renata Kusmanto as the biological mother.

"Determining the children of the Plaintiff and Defendant named River Syech Albar bin Fachri Albar, male, born in Jakarta, November 21, 2014, and Cover Satin Albar bint Fachri Albar, a woman, born in Jakarta, April 27, 2016, is under the Care of the Plaintiff (Renata Kusmanto bint IR. Danny Kusmanto) as the mother of the vehicle," continued the contents of the decision.

In addition, Fachri Albar is required to provide support to his children which includes basic needs, education, health, and insurance.

"Punishing the Defendant (Fachry Albar bin Ahmad Albar) to pay for the basic needs of clothing and food and education costs as well as health costs and/or health insurance costs as well as other costs to his two children of a minimum of Rp. 50,000,000,- (fifty million rupiah) every month," concluded the divorce decision.
