Piyu Criticism Of VISIONs Requesting Material Tests Of Copyright Law At The Constitutional Court, Fadly: I Have Self-Residential Prices

JAKARTA - Two PADI Reborn, Fadly (vocals) and Piyu (guitar) personnel responded to each other's comments on Instagram, which began with the guitarist who criticized the steps of 29 singers from the Indonesian Voice Vibration (VISION) who requested a judicial review of the Copyright Law to the Constitutional Court (MK).

Initially, Piyu uploaded a video of Ari Lasso's appearance while performing his song entitled 'Heartkeeper'. In the video, Ari explains to the audience that the song was written by Piyu.

For the video, Piyu, who is also the General Chair of the All-Indonesian Composter Association (AKSI) expressed her gratitude to Ari, for appreciating the moral rights of the songwriter, especially the former vocalist of Dewa 19, is willing to pay direct license as the economic right of the songwriter.

Thank you Ari Lasso, my friend who is in a band from high school, for practicing the implementation of the provisions of the rules, namely: 1. Moral rights (state my name as a songwriter); 2. It didn't stop there, Piyu actually made the Ari Lasso case to question the request for judicial review of the Copyright Law by VISI.

"So, what's wrong with the Copyright Law No.28 to 2012, when a Indonesian legendary singer also wants and understands to carry out the UUHC mandate?" said Piyu. Why should I file a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court by VISION represented by 29 Indonesian singers on articles related to the protection of Copyright. Until here I myself am confused, I can't understand it. I swear.

At the end of his statement, the 51-year-old guitarist gave a fence to voice justice for composers, #justiceforcomposers.

The upload was also responded to by Fadly who chose to join VISION who chose to have a different view from Piyu and ACTION.

"Mas Piyu, I'm in (between) 29 (singers). When will we talk directly," Fadly wrote in the comments column.

Piyu replied to Fadly's request to communicate, although he was not given a clear answer.

"Ready brother," said Piyu.

Pada komentar lain, Piyu menjelaskan kepada penggemar, bahwa perbedapan antara dirinya dengan Fadly sebagai sesuatu yang wajar dan biasa.

"I'm sure Mas Fadly is very wise and understands in responding to this. After all, we've been together for decades, we've understood each other's strengths (and) shortcomings, we're used to having different opinions," concluded Piyu.
