BPOM Revokes Circular Permit For Strong Medicine Titanmen Gladiator Vicky Prasetyo

JAKARTA - The Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) revoked the distribution license number 8 cosmetic products with promotional materials and advertisements that were not in accordance with moral norms, where these products claimed to increase male stamina.

The Head of BPOM Taruna Ikrar stated that in the BPOM Regulation Number 18 of 2024, cosmetics are defined as products that are used to clean, fragrance, change appearances, and protect or maintain the body in good condition. The cosmetic products that are promoted do not match moral norms, including products that are claimed to increase male stamina, cannot be defined as cosmetics.

The cadets said that excessive claims pose a risk of having a detrimental impact on health, for example a decrease in user sensitivity if used in the long term.

"Not only that, users are also economically disadvantaged because they do not benefit from the products that are promoted," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, April 29.

Based on the results of the intensification of supervision of the promotion of cosmetic products carried out by BPOM during the first quarter of 2025, he said, these cosmetic products were found circulating through online media.

The product is as follows:

- VERBAGEL GOLD Intimate Gel Gold for MEN- TITAN GOLD Massage Gel- TITAN GEL For Hygiene Intimate Gold By Fatikha- TITAN GEL For Hygiene Intimate For Men By Rumah Ganteng- TITAN GEL For Hygiene Intimate Gold- TITANMEN Gladiator Vicky Prasetyo Intimate Hygiene Gel- TITANMEN Gladiator Vicky Prasetyo Intimate Hygiene Wash- TITANMEN Gladiator Vicky Prasetyo Intimate Hygiene Spray

The BPOM has taken firm steps, namely that the product has been canceled and its distribution permit number is no longer valid. All these cosmetic products must be withdrawn from circulation and prohibited from being promoted again," he said.

According to him, the findings of cosmetic products with promotions that do not match moral norms are not the first to be announced by BPOM. Previously on March 11, 2024, his party had published 4 cosmetic products featuring promotional/advertising material promotions that exploit eroticism or sexuality.

BPOM also follows up on products like this by imposing sanctions, both on business actors and their products and promotions. Business actors have been instructed to withdraw these products from circulation, destroy, and report their implementation results to BPOM.

"Meanwhile, the distribution permit has been canceled and ordered to stop its promotional broadcasts in all promotional media, including in online media," he said.

He emphasized to cosmetic business actors to always comply with applicable laws and regulations in promoting their products. Consumers are also advised to be smarter and more thorough in choosing cosmetic products.

"Don't be easily tempted by misleading promotions, overclaimed, or exploit eroticism and sexuality," he said.
