HCC Launches AI Powered System For Detection Of Recruitment Test Fraud

JAKARTA - The 2024 Gallup Survey noted that 52 percent of Indonesian workers are actively looking for new jobs. Meanwhile, the Jobstreet by SEEK report also shows an increase in job search activities by 5.3 percent compared to the previous year.

This technology monitors participants during the test and is able to detect indications of fraud in real time, including if participants are assisted by other parties, open other windows on the screen, or make out-of-screen contacts.

In addition to detecting fraud, this system also educates candidates on the importance of honesty since the selection process. "For us, the assessment is not just the final result, but the process of establishing an integrity culture from the first day," said Kartika Amelia.
