HCC Launches AI Powered System For Detection Of Recruitment Test Fraud
JAKARTA - The 2024 Gallup Survey noted that 52 percent of Indonesian workers are actively looking for new jobs. Meanwhile, the Jobstreet by SEEK report also shows an increase in job search activities by 5.3 percent compared to the previous year.

"There are still cases where job seeker candidates are trying to find jockeys or assisted in working on online tests," said Kartika Amelia, Director of Human Care Consulting (HCC), on Tuesday, April 29.

The HCC system is claimed to be able to recognize faces, movements, or unnatural actions, such as opening other devices or the presence of others in front of the camera, without requiring human intervention.
This technology monitors participants during the test and is able to detect indications of fraud in real time, including if participants are assisted by other parties, open other windows on the screen, or make out-of-screen contacts.
