Seeing Directly The Luxury Facilities Of The JAECOO Factory In Wuhu China, Full Of Robots

JAKARTA In an effort to introduce its production quality standards, JAECOO Indonesia invites a number of media crews, including the VOI team, to see firsthand the splendor and sophistication of the vehicle assembly process at Super Factory One, Wuhu, China one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities owned by Chery Automobile.

From the results of direct monitoring at the location, this magnificent stand-up plant presents a harmonious combination of human labor and the sophistication of robotic technology. In various assembly lines, hundreds of robotic arms work in precision to support efficient and consistent car production.

According to Sicheng Wang, CKD Project Manager, the plant has a production capacity of up to 200,000 units per year, covering various brands under the auspices of Chery Automobile, including JAECOO.

"This factory is capable of producing 40 units of vehicles every hour," he said during a visit session.

Interestingly, one of the models that has begun to be assembled here is JAECOO J8, a tough SUV that is rumored to be launching soon in the Indonesian market. This visit also became an initial leak of how serious JAECOO is in presenting high-quality vehicles for the global market, including the country.

Modern And Integrated Production Process

Super Factory One is not just an ordinary factory. In the welding line, as many as 360 robots and 200 human operators work in synergy in the process that has been automated and connected to each other.

After the chassis passed the painting stage, the vehicle continued to the assembly line (assembly), where 450 workers and 35 robots were tasked with installing various exterior and interior components with high precision.

The technology used not only increases efficiency, but also guarantees the quality of a unified final result, something that JAECOO's main concern in each vehicle.
