Police Call The Suspected Perpetrator Of Burning Children In Tangerang Work As Security At Soetta Airport

TANGERANG Police are now hunting for a man with the initials HB (38), who allegedly burned a 4-year-old boy with the initials MA to death in a rented house in Kresek Village, Rawa Bird Village, Kosambi District, Tangerang Regency, on Sunday, April 27, 2025.

Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho, said that HB had been identified as a private employee, working as a security guard at Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Soetta). However, after the incident, HB disappeared and is currently being chased by the police.

"We have pocketed the identity. Now our team is still looking for its whereabouts," Zain said in a press statement, Monday, April 28.

Zain also asked for time to immediately arrest the perpetrators. He ensured that this case would be thoroughly investigated in order to prevent similar incidents from happening again in the future.

"Please pray that we secure the perpetrators quickly, later we will convey the complete information," he added.
