Asbanda And Bank Papua Hold A 2025 Simpeda Savings Draw, This Is A List Of Winners

JAKARTA - The Association of Regional Development Banks (Asbanda) and Bank Papua held a National Simpeda Savings Draw for the 2nd Period of XXXV-2025 with a total prize of IDR 3 billion at Istora Papua Bangkit, Sentani, Jayapura, Papua.

Titled The Gebyar Bumi Cenderawasih, Nusantara Happiness, the Simpeda Savings lottery was attended by the Governor of Papua Major General (Ret.) Jembers Limbong, Acting General Chairperson (Plt) Asbanda Busrul Iman, President Director of Bank Papua Yuliana D Yembise, board of directors of Regional Development Banks (BPD) throughout Indonesia, and the ranks of government Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) on Earth of Cendrawasih.

Yuliana D Yembise said that his party was honored to host the 2025 Simpeda Savings Draw.

According to him, this event is not just a distribution of prize lotterys, but is a tangible manifestation of BPD's commitment throughout Indonesia in strengthening synergy, expanding financial inclusion, and raising the spirit of developing regions from remote parts of the country to the eastern tip of Indonesia.

Not to forget, said Yuliana, her party really appreciates Simpeda Savings customers throughout Indonesia who have saved and entrusted their financial management to BPD.

"Hopefully the lottery prize for Simpeda Savings received by customers can be a blessing and motivation to continue saving and entrust financial management at BPD," Yuliana hoped.

On the same occasion, Busrul Iman explained, Simpeda Savings is one of the products that unites BPD throughout Indonesia.

Busrul reported the development of balances and the number of Simpeda Savings savers in BPD throughout Indonesia. At the Simpeda Savings Draw for the 2nd Year XXXIV-2024 which took place in Lake Toba, Parapat, North Sumatra, the number of savers was recorded at 8,574,835 with a total balance of IDR 77.88 trillion.

"If you look at the withdrawal of the Simpeda in the Toba Lake Parapat to Jayapura, in terms of savings, the number has increased by 3.05 percent or as many as 253,428 savers, while the balance has also grown by 7.36 percent or an increase of IDR 5.34 trillion," he explained.

In the future, said Busrul, his party hopes that all BPD Indonesia will continue to improve the quality of Simpeda Savings products and services, so that this product becomes the choice of the Indonesian people in saving.

"We hope that Simpeda will really become a regional champion in their respective BPDs. So that the role of BPD as a financial intermediation agent can run well," he hoped.

The synergy and collaboration that is established is believed to be able to improve the performance of BPD for each region.

The withdrawal of the 2nd period of the XXXV-2025 Simpeda Savings Draw was witnessed and ratified by representatives from the social services, police, and notaries.

After being drawn with a special tool, customers from Bank Jatim came out as the winner of the main prize for the 2025 Simpeda Savings Draw with a return of IDR 500 million.

The Simpeda Savings Draw also won the second for four winners with a prize of IDR 100 million each.
