Samsung Continues Launch Of One UI 7 To Galaxy S24 Series, Z Fold 6, And Z Flip 6 Worldwide

JAKARTA Samsung has resumed the launch of One UI 7 to a number of Galaxy models in flagship class. This time, launches were not only carried out in the US, but went directly to users around the world.

According to the Android Authority report, all Galaxy S24 Series users, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6, have received update notifications to the One UI 7 version. Now, users of lower S and foldable series only need to wait their turn.

One UI 7 is a firmware update that has many problems. Although Google was late in launching Android 15, the development of One UI 7 which included the operating system (OS) was much slower.

Google launched its newest OS in September last year, while Samsung only started in early April. However, due to a bug that damaged the performance of the phone, Samsung was forced to delay its launch for several weeks.

Bug Ganggu Peluncuran One UI 7

One UI 7 began rolling out on April 7 in South Korea. Three days later, this software update was extended to users of the Galaxy S24 Series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6 in the US.

Shortly after the firmware was launched, several users in South Korea complained about problems on their cellphones. According to reports circulating, bugs in One UI 7 caused cell phones to not open.

Samsung never confirmed the presence of the bug, but its launch was still stopped. In a statement, quoted from The Verge, Samsung simply said that One UI 7 is being updated to confirm its experience.

The Galaxy S25 Series is the first phone to have received this update. Users immediately got it after buying the device. The Galaxy Series A model has also run One UI 7 first.

After Samsung completes the One UI 7 launch in all compatible S and foldable series, the company will also send its newest firmware to series A users. Although the software launched is the same, the features in it will be different.
