Infinix Launches XBOOK B15, Price Starts At IDR 5 Million

JAKARTA Infinix introduced XBOOK B15, the latest laptop at a price that is claimed to be affordable. The device targeting students and students uses a powerful chipset from AMD, namely Ryzen 7.

Alex Kim, Indonesia's Regional Marketing and Community Lead Infinix, said that XBOOK B15 uses Dual SO-DIMM slots that support the addition of up to 64GB of memory. That way, this laptop can be used for simple and professional needs.

"SO-DIMM (Small Outline Dual Line Memory Module) ensures concise integration with compromization and flexibility on high-end laptops today," Alex explained at the launch event held on Wednesday, April 23.

To maintain the consistency of laptop performance, Infinix uses supporting technology such as a dual-fan cooling system with an ultra-thin of 0.5mm running up to 4200RPM. Alex also said that this fan maximizes thermal performance.

To make the screen display clearer, Infinix XBOOK B15 presents a resolution of 1920x1080 with a ratio of 16:9. Thus, the appearance remains ideal for design, streaming movies or videos, and others.

In order for user activity not to be hampered, Infinix supports fast charging of 45W with a large battery capacity of 50Wh. If users often hold online meetings, Infinix XBOOK B15 has used FHD Camera 1080p and DTS Audio Processing.

"Infinix XBOOK B15 supports the use of 1080p FHD Webcam and DTS 2 speakers to make remote calls, make video calls, or stream," explained Alex.

This device is available with a storage combination of 8GB+512GB and is sold for IDR 6.199 million. If you want to find a cheaper model, the Infinix XBOOK B15 is also available with a Ryzen 5 chipset and is priced at IDR 5.799 million.

There are several alternative Ryzen 7 laptops besides Infinix XBOOK B15. If you are looking for a device with a similar chipset, you can check Axioo Hype 7 which was released last year. This device uses Ryzen 7-5700U.

In addition, there is also Acer Aspire 3 which provides 8GB DDR4 RAM and 1TB HDD storage. This laptop made by Acer uses Ryzen 7 2700U with a screen resolution of 1920x1080 for 15.6 inches.
